2007- Ran the lead-off leg in the 4x8 at the Indoor Heps that placed 2nd and moved to third on Yale's Indoor All Time list and ran season best 2:15 in the open 800, Outdoor Heps qualified for the final in the 800 running 2:13.

2006- Indoor ran on the DMR that is 6th on the Yale All Time list, Outdoor member of the 4x8 that is 6th on the All Time list.

High School- District Champion and All State, 4x800 relay team District champions, ran anchor leg on school record setting 4x400.
