2007-08 Season: Nguyen served as captain for the 2007-08 season. During fall season, Nguyen picked up both singles and doubles victories at the USTA Invite. Nguyen posted a 2-7 singles record during the spring season, primarily at No. 5 singles. Nguyen finished with a 3-5 doubles record during spring season.
2006-2007 season: Finished year with a 14-14 singles record including a 9-10 record during the spring season...Nguyen finished 4-3 in Ivy play at No. 6 singles.
2005-2006 season: Went 1-2 in B singles at Yale Fall Invitational ... 1-2 in D singles at Maryland Fall Invitational ... advanced to semifinals in D1 singles at USTA Invitational ... also went 2-1 in B2 doubles at USTA Invitational with partner Catherine Starr ... went 1-1 in singles at Brown Invitational to finish fall with 5-6 overall singles record ... posted a 7-7 overall singles record (2-4 Ivy) in spring 2006 season ... went 7-3 playing at No. 6 singles.
Prior to Yale: Was ranked in the top 100 nationally in every junior age group, with a highest ranking of No. 80 in the 18 and unders ... was ranked in the top 10 in singles in Texas and No. 1 in doubles ... was a finalist at the Texas Open and won both sectional and national sportsmanship awards.
