New Haven, Conn. - Three Bulldogs were named Honorable Mention for the 2008 Division I Women's Mid-Major All-America Swimming Team. Freshman Brittany Iacouzze, sophomore Susan Kim, and junior Laura Strittmatter all received Honorable Mention.

Iacouzze completed an outstanding freshman season with a fourth place finish in the 1650-yard freestyle and eighth place finishes in the 500-yard and 1000-yard freestyle at the Ivy League Championships. Iacouzze also swam with the 800-yard freestyle relay team that placed fourth at the Ivy Championships.

In her second year with the Bulldogs, Kim earned a fifth place finish in the 100-yard Breaststroke and a third place finish in the 200-yard breaststroke at the Ivy League Championships.

Strittmatter finished her great season with a 13th place finish in the 500-yard freestyle, a 10th place finish in the 100-yard freestyle, and a 5th place finish in the 1650-yard freestyle at the Ivy League Championships.
