NEW HAVEN, Conn. - The No. 2 Bulldogs look to continue their string of strong finishes in intersectional competition this Saturday and Sunday at the President's Trophy hosted by Boston University. The team, which placed second last year in a five-point loss to Harvard, will be going against the top competition in the nation, with at least three of the top five teams in the country in attendance.
Last year, the team had a successful time in its second-place finish, with both the A and B Division boats placing third in their divisions. The same skippers as last year will be returning to the event, with junior Jane Macky and junior captain Kate Hagemann again hoping to lead the team to strong finishes overall in their division and as a team.
Competition will be in FJ's on the Charles River, a venue known for its historically shifty wind, something which has not hurt the Bulldogs in the past.
