Grace Becton was named an ICSA All-American crew in 2007 for her accomplishments in the 2006-2007 Coed sailing season along side partner Zachary Brown.

At Deer Isle-Stonington High School, Becton played soccer for four years, tennis for two years, and basketball for two years, lettering in each sport. Becton was the captain of both the soccer and tennis teams.

Becton, a history major in Calhoun College, is interested in human rights work.

Becton's cousin, Eliza, a member of the Yale class of 2006, also competed for the Bulldogs in sailing.
