For the second time this season, junior Alina Liao netted the ECAC Gymnast of the Week award. Last weekend at the Ivy League Classic, she propelled the team to a second place finish and picked up three titles for herself in beam, floor, and the all-around. Liao had an outstanding meet. She set a career high on vault with a 9.7, swung her way to a 9.5 on bars, solid on beam, scoring a 9.675, and almost perfect on floor, earning a 9.8. Her all-around score of 38.675 was more than half a point higher than the second place finisher.
