With her high school crew at Woodrow Wilson, Erin was a three-year letterwinner. In 2001 her freshman eight boat finished third at the National Capital Championships, and in 2003 her JV boat also finished third in the same regatta.

As a freshman at Yale, Erin coxed the 3V four to second place at Eastern Sprints. During her sophomore season, she coxed the V8 to 3rd at the 2005 HOCR and coxed the JV to 2nd at Sprints and an HYP title.

Erin is currently a Junior in Saybrook College.
