2005-2006: Had best cross season so far while at Yale, running number 1 man for the Bulldogs at the Heps, NCAA Regionals, and IC4A Championships where he garnered All-East honors... 2004-2005: Ran number 5 man for the Eli's at the Heps Cross Country Championships before reoccurring ankle injury sidelined him for the indoor and outdoor track season...2003-2004: Had a disappointing freshman campaign because of recurring ankle injury that bothered him the entire year and sidelined him for almost all of the indoor season and the entire outdoor season. High School: Massachusetts state runner-up in the outdoor Mile running a personal record of 4:14.14...was a 2-time state cross country champion and finished in the top 20 at the Foot Locker Northeast regionals in both his junior and senior years...Ran for Southwick Tolland High School.
