Connor worked his way up to the No. 5 singles position after starting his spring campaign by spraining his wrist. For the year, he racked up a 16-11 singles record and a 9-7 doubles record playing with two different partners. He finished the year strong in doubles going 8-3 with Mike Caldwell in the No. 3 position. Connor is an ITA Scholar-Athlete Award recipient. At his highest, Connor has been ranked among the top 50 nationally in the 18 & under division prior to coming to Yale. He is a former Midwest Closed Champion at which he also won the Sportsmanship Award. He was the Salutatorian of his class at St. Francis High School.
