During his freshman season, Max rowed two seat in the freshman eight boat that beat Harvard in the 141st Yale-Harvard regatta.

At Radnor High School, Max captain both the crew and diving teams, lettering in diving all four years and lettering in crew in his junior and senior years. He was awarded to the National Honor Society.

Max is a junior in Silliman College intending to major in Economics and International Studies. He enjoys the outdoors, especially skiing, hiking and cycling. He travels with parents Michael and Margaret Kramer every summer. Recent trips have included climbing Mt. St. Helens, and this summer he hopes to climb Mt. Kilimanjiro in Africa.
