At Gunn, Emily Flaxman was a varsity diver and MVP for all four years and captained her squad during her senior year. For diving, Emily was named an Academic All-American as well as a Diving All-American. She was one of the top divers in the country and was recruited to dive at Yale. Unfortunately, due to injury, she is no longer able to dive. She now coxes for the varsity team.

Emily is a junior in Timothy Dwight College and majors in Psychology. She enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family. Her older brother, Freddy, graduated from Princeton in 2007. Her younger brother, Brian, will be a freshman at Washington University in St. Louis next year.
