During his freshman season at Yale, Andrew rowed seven seat in the freshman eight that finished sixth at Eastern Sprints and beat Harvard in the 141st Yale-Harvard regatta.

At Philips Exeter Academy, Andrew was a member of the crew team all four years and lettered his last three years. He was voted MVP of the team.

Andrew is a junior Biology major in Davenport College.
