Henry began rowing in his junior year at New Canaan and lettered in both his junior and senior years. He won the men's junior 4x at US Rowing Nationals in 2005. He also placed 7th (3rd nationally) for junior men at the Crash-B World Indoor Rowing Championship in 2006.

Henry is currently a freshman in Pierson College. His brother Charlie is a senior on the team. His interests include working out and bro-ing out.
