Thomas Barrows '10 won this weekend's ICSA Men's Singlehanded Championships in Seattle, posting a strong 66-point total over 18 races.
Friday's zephyr wasn't enough for the sailors to race, so Day One was pushed back to Saturday. After 10 races on the first day, Barrows found himself in second position with a 46-point total, four behind South Florida's Mitch Hall's total of 42.
Barrows, however, turned in an outstanding 24-point performance over the Regatta's final eight races on Sunday to win. Reed Johnson of Boston College finished in second with a 75-point total, with Hall falling back to third with 85.
The Bulldogs will be back in action at this weekend's Atlantic Coast Dinghies.
